1528boyz Posted October 23, 2011 Report Share Posted October 23, 2011 I am on my H4 and I applied for H1-B with vermont center on 07/21/2011 and my status still shows as initial decision . My H4 expires on 11/11/2011. My concern is what would be the best option at this time for me to proceed if i dont hear back on my H1-B petition . What would be my status after 11/11/2011 , Do i have to make my H1-B premium or will my stay be legal when my current h4 expires and my new H1-B petition is pending with USCIS. Link to comment
