Could salary stubs from previous employer and verification letter (or employment offer letter) from new employer be used to get H1-B visa stamped after H1-transfer? I have received the H1-B transfer approval notice, but have not started working for the new employer. I am planning to go to India before I begin at my new job. Please help. Thanks! Link to comment
