nihal0507 Posted October 23, 2011 Report Share Posted October 23, 2011 Hi Experts and Murthy Attorneys , recently I got RFE for my I140/EB2/TSC/JAN16'2011 .They asked to submit my 2010 w2 form and 3 latest pay stubs and also all the w2 forms and their latest pay stub whose GC is filed from this company from 2010 .Basically ability to pay RFE. My employer is submitting with the requested . My question is from the same company the other colleagues I140 denied 4 Months back on ability to pay reason only.Mine i filed under future employment basis. What are my chances in getting approval ?
