My Biometrics is over, after that I came to my home country but my husband is still there in US. Now from USCIS requested some document for clarifications like my I94 and passport copies. Whether it will affect my EAD process since I am not in US at present????? Link to comment

You may have to file a fresh EAD when you return (with new I94 number) as the EAD may have become invalid due to the I94 that you used for earlier EAD. Link to comment
