Attorney_10 Posted October 24, 2011 Report Share Posted October 24, 2011 Generally, USCIS takes action on petitions filed with premium processing within 15 calendar days of receiving the petition. The USCIS online case status is not always up to date. Generally, if you have not received notification on your case within 15 calendar days the employer or attorney may follow up with the premium processing unit. Link to comment
