NYC_DUDE Posted October 21, 2011 Report Share Posted October 21, 2011 My wife has valid B1 for 10years, and she came to the US on B1 visa, and now, and we applied for H4, got H4 approved till my H1b validity period. Since she got H4 approved. If she travels abroad , is it a must for her to go for visa stamping again? I presume visa is only to enter and exit the country, and to stay in the country status determines? Thanks Nyc Dude Link to comment
