saisisira Posted October 20, 2011 Report Share Posted October 20, 2011 I am working for Company A with L1B visa valid up to Apr 2012, they applied H1B transfer from L1B and got approved effective from Oct 1st 2011, i am going to india for stampind in Nov 2011, if there is any issue with H1B stamping, Can i came back to US with L1B visa, since my L1b Valid up to Apr 2012?
