H1B visa Amendment to Change the personal details

Hi,

Can you please let me know what is the total processing time to amend an approved

H1B petition in regular processing? (Time it takes to get the personal details corrected

in I-129 form, by filing an amendment (In regular processing))

Do we have to pay the extra fees for this?

If birthdate is wrong in I-129 form, will this affect approval process ?
