timmyali Posted October 20, 2011 Report Share Posted October 20, 2011 Hi, My dad has filed I-140 back in October 2010. It's been a year and we (lawyer or employer) have not heard anything from USCIS. Current processing time for I-140 under EB-3 is April 2011 (6 months ahead of my dad's I-140 file). I am getting a little nervous. What can be done to inquire what's going on? Can my dad directly call USCIS? Please help. Link to comment
