--You can give any timr frame, no questions will be asked.

If I would be you I would submit the copies. I went in person so was able to tell me to submit original. I think if you submit the copy you will be fine because NYC consulate ask for copies and seattle one ask for originals. they dont have a clear guideline on this. Just submit copies and you will be fine accorsding to me. Also you can email the consulate and ask.
