sri_1234 Posted October 19, 2011 Report Share Posted October 19, 2011 Me too also in the same boat, My employer applied for H1 extension on August 12th 2011 and finally i upgraded to Premium on October 12th. Still it is showing in acceptance status only. Link to comment

sow_82 Posted October 21, 2011 Report Share Posted October 21, 2011 irrespective of any status, premium processing never takes more than 15 working days, otherwise they need to refund the premium processing fee($1225).Best case, decision can happen in 5 days too. Link to comment
