sanraj Posted October 19, 2011 Report Share Posted October 19, 2011 Hi, I got I-140 approved with previous employer and got an extension upto Feb, 2014 with the new emloyer on the basis of I-140. My PERM with new employer got denied. Will the visa extension be valid and can i visit India. The reason for denial was the PERM process was initiated before the PWD valid dates even though it was filed duing the PWD validity. My salary is well above the PWD. What are the chances of my case being reconsidered Thanks in advance Link to comment
