i140 approval notice

Hi,

I got my i140 approval notice today saying:

Notice Type: Approval Notice

Section: Skilled Worked or Professional

Sec.203(b) (3)(A)(i) or (ii)

The above petition has been approved. The petition indicates that the person for whom you are petitioning is in the United Stated and will apply for adjustment of status. He or she should contact the local USCIS office to obtain Form I-485, Application for Permanent Residence...

So it means I need to wait for my priority date to become current before submitting the i485 form, or should I submit it now as they advise me to?
