This form contains questions about certain relatives of the applicant, including if any are in the US and if so, in what status. As such, this is a factor that US Consulates take into consideration of an individual's visa application. Please consult with an experienced and qualified immigration attorney prior to your to-be wife's application in order to best prepare her for the application and interview process. Link to comment
