Job title on GC Labor to match I485 app ?

Hi,

I have a masters in engineering from U.S.. I will be filing under EB2 category in nov 2011 as my date is now current.

I have been working as a programmer analyst for all of my H1b term (6yrs).

My GC Labor has computer hardware engineer as my job title. Now when I file I485 my job title and salary offered on my employer letter should match the one mentioned on GC Labor ?

Will it cause any issue if it doesn't match ?

Ifyour salary is higer, it's not a problem. The title should be pretty close if not exact. Basically, the employer should be offering you the same job you were certified for.

My only problem is my H1B is for programmer analyst. If I show that I am currently working as computer hardware engineer then its not in line with H1B.

If I show i am working as a prog analyst then its not in line with I140 petition.

For I485 will they look back at H1Bs ?
