ramu2656 Posted October 17, 2011 Report Share Posted October 17, 2011 I have an approved I140 from Company A which has labor priority Date Oct2007.I moved to Company B in July 2008 and currently I am with that Company.They have file Eb3 I140 and is still pending and they have ported the older date of Company A. When this gets approved Can Company B file I485 based on the older I140 Eb2 from Company A.The Company A I140 is still not revoked. Please advice on the steps to be followed. Link to comment
