usernew1 Posted October 17, 2011 Report Share Posted October 17, 2011 I am in 6th year of H1 . Got I 140 approved by current employer. Recently my LCA is approved by another employer. He is filing for H1 transfer without SOW between mid vendor and end client. Mid vendor is not willing to provide SOW between client and himself .Though there is SOW between mid vendor and my new employer. What are the chances of mine getting RFE? Is h1 transfer possible without end client letter and SOW between mid vendor and client ? Gurus pls help... Link to comment

SoWs, however, are only one form of evidence. Other documents, such as letters from all parties in the contractual chain, may be offered as evidence to the USCIS. Please consult directly with an experienced immigration attorney to discuss your case in more detail and determine what documentation may be submitted to the USCIS to ensure the highest chance of success.
