Sivanand Posted October 17, 2011 Report Share Posted October 17, 2011 I am on H1 and my wife is on H4. I recently changed my job location and my company has filed for my H1 amendment. Now my wife left for India due to medical emergency and needs to go for h4 stamping to come back to US. My company is asking her to wait untill my amendment is approved. Does she really have to wait untill then? or can she go ahead and try to get her stamping done? Link to comment
