agrawalakhilesh
My Wife is going for stamping in Hyderabad consulate. I have all necessary documents except the pay stub, as i have not joined my consultant in US yet. I have got it transferred my H1B in Dec2010 and left the India job during that time only. Due to some personal reason i could not travel to US and now me and my wife are planing to go to US soon. If VO will ask for pay stub what should be my wife's answer? Link to comment
Attorney_22
Generally, in situations where an H1B beneficiary has yet to begin employment with the H1B petitioner, and that individual or their dependents need verification of employment to obtain a visa or to enter the U.S. at a point of entry, in lieu of recent pay statements a recent employment verification letter from the petitioner will normally suffice. If you have additional questions please contact a qualified U.S. immigration attorney. Link to comment
