zk
Hi, I am getting ready with all my documents for filing I-485. My employer did labor and I-140 (both approved) in EB2 category and its their policy that the adjustment of status has to be done by employee (employer is a university). I first entered the country in 1999 for my Masters. would I need all my I-20's dating ten years back or proof of my last few years be enough. In the 485 instructions it does not say so, but I read that in a quiet a few places. Thank you in advance for reply . zk Link to comment
Belle
Submit as many as you have. What you really need is prof of status (I-20) since your last entry, and then proof of legal entry for any entries before that. I-94 does the trick for the legal entry part, and it's the most important. Link to comment
