My husband is in US and moved to another company. Even though my husbands old employer revokes his h1b apllication, can i enter US with valid visa i have or i need to go for stamping again with approved H1b of my husbands new company. Could you please reply me back in detail, Every time we need to go to stamping when H1B is changed for my husband or valid Visa would be enough. Link to comment
Attorney_24 Posted October 17, 2011 Report Share Posted October 17, 2011 Generally, an H-4 is allowed to re enter based on the earlier H-4 visa stamp in their passport as long as it is not expired.
