vamshi007 Posted October 15, 2011 Report Share Posted October 15, 2011 Hi All, I went toH1b visa stamping in hyderabad on 24th May 2011 and recieved a 221G, which asked me to submit uscis letter submitted by my employer for H1B, enhanced client letter I-129 lca n stuff. I submited all of them on June 15. I recieved a mail from USCIS on Aug 30 saying that I missed out 2 documents which when contacted attorney, He said we submited those documents earlier but as they asking again, we got to submit them again. So I submitted Documets on 1st Sep and havent heard yet from them. Does any of you experiencing this problems recently and still waiting here? Vamshi vamshiunh @ *****.com Link to comment
