Hope_Circle Posted October 14, 2011 Report Share Posted October 14, 2011 Dear Attorney/Gurus, If a company has published an advertisement for multiple positions requiring both EB2(MS + 2 yrs experience) and EB3 (BS + 4 yrs experience) candidates in a single advertisement, then how will USCIS decides upon a particular applicants category? If Say, I have MS + 2 at the time of filing labor, Can I rightfully expect to get EB2 classifcation? Link to comment
