I-140 receipt notice shows wrong priority date.

I am EB2 India with PD 9/21/2007, and an approved I-140 from previous employer. I changed jobs and have an approved PERM. The new company recently applied for I-140 with the old I-140 approval notice attached and a cover letter. However, when I looked at the new I-140 receipt notice, it shows the Priority date of 2011.

Do I need to do anything about this and whom do I need to contact to fix this? I just got current. The paralegal told me that when they apply for AOS next month they will include a cover letter explaining the situation.

If there is an error on the I-140 approval notice, the employer or their attorney can contact USCIS to issue a corrected approval notice. The employee cannot call USCIS about the I-140 petition.
