desanar
I got my H1B stamping last year at Mumbai, hassle free. In 1st week of November, I am going for 3rd H1B extension, I work in Employer-Client (Employer is preferred vendor). Fee: VFS website mention fee Rs. 7500/- is this the only check we carry or we do have to get another check as well? If you know anybody recently got stamping, please share your experience. What kind of documents they are asking, any special requirements. Please post. Link to comment

tus05
@desanar..I am too planning to do my visa stamping in Mumbai on jan 2012. Apart from the VFS fees you also need to pay for the VFS service which is around INR 380...Please carry all the documents which was submitted by you during your H1B extension.Make sure your LCA work location and the client work location matches.....Be prepared for all simple question which we may think it's not necessary. CO doesn't do technical calls, rather they normally twist the simple question to make it complex. This was the document which I submitted during my 7th year extension 1. Vendor's Verification Beneficiary Service Agreement.( Employer-Employee Relationship ) 2. Vendor Master Service Agreement. 3. Statement of work from Vendor 4. Contract Letter from Employer 5. Client Letter 6. I-140 Approval Notice 7. Evaluation certificate of current job 8. Last 3 mnths Paystubs 9. Copies of all degree transcript & certificates 10. Evaluation of Academic Credential. All the best and pls keep me posted. Thanks, Link to comment
