SRaoPERM Posted October 12, 2011 Report Share Posted October 12, 2011 As there is an 3 month wait time for Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD), can we post an AD and same time apply for PWD. One need to put AD and then wait for minimum 2 months. By doing AD and PWD parallely, we can save 2 months time. Gurus/lawyers please share your views. Link to comment
