Attorney_13 Posted October 14, 2011 Report Share Posted October 14, 2011 The original approval notice is sent by US Post Office, first class mail. This generally takes 7 - 10 days. The original H1B approval notice should be sent directly to the employer. If the approval has not been received, the employer/petitioner or the attorney of record may call the premium processing service center to inquire, and a new one may be generated and mailed if necessary.
