ashiktmz
Recently, our office moved to a new Suite # inside the same building. My attorney filed a new LCA for the change of location eventhough it is just a change of Suite #. I will be getting the new LCA in couple of days. I am having my visa interview on Nov 4th. I have seen in murthy forums that some people were asked for the amended H1B petition when the LCA was changed. Is it necessary to have my H1B petition amended? My attorney said it is not necessary since it is just a Suite # change. I just wanted to make sure if just the new LCA is enough in my case? Link to comment
Prasad
Take a cover letter from your employer mentioning the same(u fall within MSA) and handit over along with LCA, 129 ETC. Link to comment
ashiktmz
What did you mean by "u fall within MSA"? Should I get a letter from my employer stating that "The office only moved to a new suite inside the same building. Therefore, we did not file the H1B amendment after our attorney confirmed that it was not necessary" Link to comment
