evc221gblue Posted October 11, 2011 Report Share Posted October 11, 2011 Hi guys, I was on H1B visa, since it got rejected at the time of stamping in india, I came back to USA on H4 and my employer is willing to file H1B for me now. My question is, can I start working as soon as I get my receipt number? or do I have to wait until the final approval of my H1B? Link to comment
