redscooter
Hi, My case -- I have a non-us bachelors degree and I started working in the US in early 2006. My employer filed the 140 in EB3 in 2007 - 140 got approved. Later on I applied (with the same employer until now) in EB2 with progressive experience in 2009 and got an approval of this EB2 140 along with old 2007 PD (EB3) in 2010. Recently, my 2007 PD in EB2 got current but unfortunately got a letter last week from USCIS that the EB3 to EB2 porting was denied. This is driving me insane since, USCIS is now denying their earlier approval. There is no event that i know which would change their decision of porting...The letter also says that they will send details soon. please suggest.. Thank You.. Link to comment

Transformer
Wait for the letter to come from USCIS. Please update the forum with the details. Your next step will be only after recieving the letter. Keep your fingers crossed until then. Link to comment
