Visa Stamping for EC Model

Hi All

I am planning to go for a H1 visa stamping in December.

I came to US on H4 last year and applied H1 through a vendor last October, got it approved and working ever since for the same guy.

I have all of my paychecks and there are no layers in between. My work model is Employee ( Vendor) - Client, so no layers in middle.

Are there any issues that i might be facing during interview process ? Can i defend myself on Employee-Employee relationship.
