Raj_22 Posted October 11, 2011 Report Share Posted October 11, 2011 Hi folks I am planning to get my h1b stamped in new delhi (post i140 approval - I am in my 7th year). This is a 3 year extension. My concern is that i got my drivers license suspended 2 years ago - no major offense, just speeding and regular tickets. I was unfortunate to exceed 12 points and so got a 30 day suspension. Also, no offense since 2 years so now i am down to 6 points. Do you think it is a known risk that i will be questioned on it and possibly denied a stamp because of this? Thanks Link to comment
