I140 Docs by FOIA and Priority Date

Hi

I had my I140 approved from my previous employer. Now, I have applied to get my I140 approval docs through the FOIA and waiting for the same.

My priority date from that GC filing was Jan 2009. I saw that the dates are now moving fast in the EB2 category and it is already Nov 2007.

My question is, if say when I get my I140 cleared in the current GC filing, the current priority date is March 2009. Since this date (Mar-2009) will be after my priority date (Jan-2009), will I still be able to use the that priority date?
