viking2.0 Posted October 11, 2011 Report Share Posted October 11, 2011 i am planning to travel to india in feb '12 and my h1 visa will be expiring next month but have a valid petition until sep'12 please share any info you have with visa being denied based on time remaining on my H1 petition. i am my 3rd yr of H1 and can only apply for extension in mar'12. I am planning to get my visa stamped in feb '12 with 7 mo ths remaining on my petition. Link to comment
