May_17_221g_yellow Posted October 11, 2011 Report Share Posted October 11, 2011 Letter to USCIS is the document which address to USCIS from petitioner stating the position/salary offered you at the time of employment.(it's a 2 or 3 page doc).Initially when filing for H1B, your employer would have submitted this document to USCIS.
