When i printed out the confirmation page after submitting DS-160, it asked to bring "Evidence of Approved I-129". I have the copy of I-129 that my employer filed. Is it the same or is it different? Is it the original I-797? The form I-797 says case type I129, so is it this form? Can you please help me on this. Thanks a lot!!! Link to comment
