DS 160 Mistake

I made a mistake in DS 160 form... answered no to question if my mother is in US. she just came 4 days ago n forget to update my form before uploading it.

Do you guys suggest i should redo a new DS 160 and cancel my appointmnet in canada or go and explain to visa interviewer.

Don't bother about these things. They wouldn't even notice it. And they cannot figure out if you mother is in USA.

If you are still worried cancel the appointment and do a fresh DS160. Explaining anything to consulate officer is suicidal. 90% of cosulate guys are stupid who are ready to hand you 221g the moment they get slightly confused.
