My Job title was Senior Software Developer.Good news is my priority date will be current from nov 2011. I am still working with same company with same job however last year Our HR department Changed my job title to Senior System and Development Analyst. Again My Job description is same . Will this impact i-485 and Adjustment of Status filing? Link to comment

All I can tell you that I have had some differencies in my PERM advertising title (and possibly PERM title) and I-140 title, and it worked out fine. The only place where you need to mention your title in I-485 filing is your job verification letter. My recommendation is either to try HR (or your VP) to give you the letter with the old title, or just try to wing it. Link to comment
