Hi,

I have applied for L1B to H1B with a previous H1 petition which was never used in premium processing.An RFE was responded and there is no status update since 3 weeks.How much time it takes for an RFE to be processed?

Can I start processing for a new H1B while the previous case is under processing?Will there be any confliction?What are the chances of getting the petition approval?

Will appreciate for a quick response.
