I had an interview at the local USCIS office in Sep 2010 and the officer mentioned to me that the case is pre-adjucated. Anyone in the similar situation?. Any idea if NBC approves employment based applications. Link to comment
greencard8416 Posted June 10, 2011 Report Share Posted June 10, 2011 Hi Ersa My Prority date is may 18th 2006 , we Raised a Service Request on June 1st 2011 , Today i got a letter from USCIS saying that they are waiting for my Biometrics(finger prints) i have given a finger prints on October 2009 , only valid for 15 months i guess call USCIS and make a appointment for biometrics Link to comment
