emperor782000 Posted October 8, 2011 Report Share Posted October 8, 2011 I am in the 7th year of my H1B and my -140 was approved over 1 year ago. My PD is Mar 2010. Now, I found a great opportunity in another company. With the EB 2 India moving fast, I am wondering if I should take the new opportunity as the Green card process has to be started all over again. Please provide your suggestions. If my current employer agrees not to withdraw my 1-140, can I apply for the i-485 when dates become current? Link to comment
