H4 to H1B visa stamping Vancouver October 13

Hi

I changed status from h4 to h1. I have MS degree from US university and worked on H1 for a few years previously. I have had my visa stampe in Vancouver on my previous H1. I heard Vancouver consulate doesn't process change of status cases. Is that true? Any responses will be appreciated. Thanks.

I havent heard any restrictions like that but you can call consulate office so that they give you clear idea.Is you visa date on oct 13th.

if so where are you travelling from.I am also in going for stamping on oct 13th to vancouver. Let me know your travelling plans.
