Succesful Visa Stamping in Chennai 30th Sept - EVC model

I have been a frequent visitor to this forum and have benefitted a lot, so it is my turn to give back.

My Case: Employed by a Desi Consultancy since past 4.5 years. Employer has always paid on time. Working for a Bay Area Client via EVC model. THis was my second H1B stamping with the same employer.

Interview.

Officer: Continued Employment?

Me: Yes

Officer: Who is the petitioner?

Me: XYZ

Officer: How Long have you been on H1?

Me: Past Xyz years

Officer: Can I see your last year's Tax Returns?

Me: Yes..showed the W2s

Officer: Everything looks fine. Your visa is approved.

Me: Thanks!

No questions related to the client were asked. Hope this helps others who are stressed out for stamping. Good Luck everyone..

Hello,

I am planning to get my H1-B extension stamped from Mumbai consulate in Dec. I have been with a desi consultant since the last 5 yrs and have been on a C2C model at the client site. Any tips or suggestions ?
