Documents needed for H1b Stamping @ US Embassy New Delhi

I am working in US for past seven years. Will be going back to India after four years. I need to get my visa stamped. I initially came here to work at client site. But for past five years I have been working in permanent position for a product based company. Being US based company my HR has no clue about H1b stamping in India.

So what I am looking for is a comprehensive list of documents needed to go for stamping in New Delhi?

Some of the obvious items I can list are:

1. Passport/Photo/DS-160
   
2. All past W2
   
3. Recent Pay stubs
   
4. I-797 Approval Notice
   
5. I-129
   
6. Employment letter (content???)
   
7. Labor Condition Application (LCA)
   

What else is needed?
