birth certificate name is diiferent from passport name..need advice

Hi All,

My husband's I-140 approved & priority date is also almost near.Question regarding birth certificate,

I have my birth certificate but in that my name is little bit diiferent from my passport.

Ex: assume my firstname is abc def

in passport my firstname is abc (def is not there)

what should I need to do ?

should I need to enclose any affidavit along with my birth certificate while appying I-485?

Please put your suggetions on this.
