My PD 25th July 2007 will become current from Nov 1st as per the November VISA Bulletin. I had initially filed for AOS. But I'm NOT in the US at this moment and I also do not have EAD/AP or on H1B. What should I do now?? What is the actual process from Nov 1st. I do not have a US Address, where will I receive the finger printing mail and other stuff? How can I enter the US? Link to comment
Belle Posted October 6, 2011 Report Share Posted October 6, 2011 You have effectively abandoned your petition. It is not clear from your message whether your petition has been denied for abandonment. If it is approved, the card will be send to your address on file. It all seems like a waste of a good visa number to me. Link to comment
