abhijeet1983 Posted October 5, 2011 Report Share Posted October 5, 2011 Hi, I have a q's on the H1B amendment. Currently, My wife is on H4 visa. She has a H1B approved petition for her employer. Her employer filed this petition for an old client. Now, she is getting a project for a diff client and we have been asked to initiate the amendment. We are seeking information on what is the process, time and type of documentation that we need to furnish? Any help on this will be appreciated. Thanks! Link to comment
