Non-Profit H1 to For-Profit H1 after I-140 approval

Hello, I currently work for a non-profit organization and have I-140 approved with an approved 3 year H1 extension.

My question is can I switch to a for-profit company and have my H1 transferred

to a for-profit from non-profit organization?

If the H1 cannot be transferred does the for-profit quota apply to me even after an I-140 approval?
