keerthi07 Posted October 4, 2011 Report Share Posted October 4, 2011 Hi, My husband is in L1 blanket & i'm in L2 visa, now he applied for H1B waiting for approval. Till now we dint apply for H4 visa. My doubt is after getting H1B approval if his former employer withdraw his L1B petition will i go out of status as we dint apply for H4 visa? Urgent advice needed.thanks. Link to comment
