Changing Attorney

I am trying to decide on an attorney to file my I-485. Should I continue with company's (consulting firm) attorney who has done H1 and I-140 or is its advisable to get another attorney for I-485 filling? Is there conflict of interest in going with the company's attorney?

Would another attorney take the case more seriously and focus on the details? I would really appreciate a reply if you have made that move and succeeded or have any other options for me.

You may hire a different attorney, but there is no guarantee that attorney will do a better job. Even your company's attorney is supposed to look out for your interests in I-485 filing. If you are concerned about a conflict of interest or your own privacy, then it might be beneficial to hire your own.
